Projects 1947 Ford 1ton delivery van

    I heard somewhere that the 1947 Ford trucks had body parts that are the same as a 1941. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

    The cab and doors I think are the same other than the fuel filler in the right side of the cab for the under seat fuel tank. There are a couple of fender brackets spot welded on the front of the cab that are not used for 40/41 half ton fenders. Hope it helps...hope its accurate :cool:

    I have 47 doors on my 40 panels I did have to use the top of the original 40 doors because the 47 were off of a pickup
