Hello Chaps, I've been reading and trying to educate myself on this forum for some time. I have a 1940 Ford Deluxe, which is a mild hot rod, with 350 SBC installed, I just got hold of a French flathead to put back in which I am rebuilding- slowly. The battery condition gauge wasn't working as the car had been converted to 12 volt, anyway I found an old post on here with the relevant information on how to make it work which I have now done and would just like to thank the people that gave up that expertise, Charlie

Sorry for the long delay, The previous owners in the log book says Bob Chute so I don't know, Regards Charlie
