Hey folks- Quick intro. 58, live in the DFW area. Been reading and subscribing to Hemmings and other rags since before I could drive. Really disappointed in how the market has gone. It's priced the hobby out of a lot of folks. When Shelby's went north of 20-25K in the 90's, I slowed way down. Haven't had a 'toy' in many years. Like Bring A Trailer, but that's usually got sky-high stuff as well. Was pleased when I ran across this site and the reasonable prices! Wow! How refreshing. I'll be looking for a decent/driver 67' Cougar with 289, auto & AC with bucket seats (not a bench!). Bonus if an XR7! Thanks guy's- Thank I am gonna fit in...

You need to read the rules...cut off date here is 65. You won't be able to post pics of a 67 anything. With that said I am sure you have a lot to offer and am looking forward to your contributions. Welcome from Illinois.

Early '60's Falcon, early '50's Shoe Box Ford, Mercury, or truck. As has been said pre 1965.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks... I appreciate the candid feed-back! I'll have to read the rules, haven't had time to do that yet! Maybe I need that mid 50's shoebox with the hot rod flathead. Always liked those, or that 63 1/2 Galaxie or that 49/50 Olds 88... Lots out there!
