Anyone know how to dis***emble this stupid thing on a 55-56 ford. The previous owner cut them off instead of knocking the pins out. I dont know how it comes out of the inside of the door. I want to put them in my doors. Any help would be awsome. 20190212_195027.jpg

Problem solved. If you mess with something enough I guess you figure it out.

had to be bolted on the inside, right? My '57 doesn't have them.

The part that pins to the door frame unpins and then the flat metal piece pushes past the roller bearing inside and comes out. There is a spring and bracket inside but it is riveted to the inner door structure. I thought it all had to come out but figured out that just the piece some ***** cut will come out. I dont know why they cut it and they left the inner hinge bolts out. They also left half the fender bolts out and the lower rear inner fender panels. Talk about half ***. Every other screw was missing from the interior trim also.
