Projects Help ID a cowl and hubcaps

I got this cowl yesterday. It's rough but I would like to ID it before I figure out what to do with it. Probably only good for a wall hanger but might repurpose somehow. Also got these hubcaps, 14 inch. Anyone seen these before? Maybe aftermarket? Thanks in advance.

 

I hate to say it only because everyone always says this but I am pretty sure it is a Dodge!

Cowl looks similar to my Plymouth PA(31-32) but not quite. DeSoto?

Cowl looks desoto to me. No idea in caps.

No dash. The guy did have a CK DeSoto frame, so that makes sense.

 

Plymouths, chrysler, desoto, still a dodge!

 

I once had a 29 desoto body(maybe a 30?) and I loved that decorative bead on top like that one.

 

Caps look aftermarket. JC Whitney, Western Auto, etc.....
