Vintage shots from days gone by!

Googles the name Peter Fabacher Restaurant and found several photos and it is in New Orleans.

This looks like a pre production, or prototype truck. It's a long bed, but I don't see the center stake pocket in the bed rail, and it has a 54 front end with what looks like a split windshield, but it could just be a reflection. 54's had the first one piece windshield in these trucks. The 54 model year has a lot of one year only parts, and they sold them as 55's for the first part of the 55 model year.

 

Looks like an Austin Healey Sprite, not an MG Midget. Both cars were the same though with just minor differences. I had an Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite, but it never attracted cuties like the one standing next to it, or the one on the bicycle.
