Was a little kid holding the camera? Most of the time, it only shows the dash. Closer to the windshield, looking out wought be a lot better, could give you the telephone-poles-look-like-a-picket-fence sense of the speed he was running.
having a short **** as a camera man was the comment on the (uk) NSRA site but as I'm only5'2 (really) I have no probs with not being see over the dash!!!
I have that video along with about a dozen othe hot rod videos saved to my hard drive that I use for inspiration on those 'down' days. This one is always the first one opened and never fails to get me fired up to run to the garage to do something, even if it's just to sweep the floor. That video is pure inspiration. Vance

hah,i'm exactly the same way....i've got a number of little clips and **** on my harddrive for times when i get stuck, or run out of funding,etc,etc... this one's been playing for ****...at least a year or two,in that little 'loop'.... the extra footage from Evel has been the main source of "audial inspiration" lately... M.T.
even though this video has been posted many times here, i never get tired of seeing or hearing Jimmy's coupe. that car rules! end of story
****!!! give me a choice between that coupe and a new 'Vette...I'll take the coupe....my wife had to come and see what i was laughing about!!!!
