I've browsed for years; and finally decided to sign up. I am a fairly new owner of a 1947 International KB7 that was set up as a road tractor with a fifth wheel that I intend to do a fairly intensive preservation on. I've owned a 53 Buick Roadmaster, a 69 Caddie He****, and a couple big four wheel drive trucks that each got a pretty intensive mechanical overhaul. I like turning wrenches, putting things back right with the world. I didn't grow up with a mechanic around; after fumbling around with a few tune ups and brake jobs in college I pulled the 351W out of my daily driver Bronco and rebuild it (It didn't work) but the next motor I built did work. I've been slowly figuring out stuff ever since.
