    Hey guys,

I just inherited a new to me 1932 Pickup, unrestored and has been sitting in my grandmothers garage since 1959. I brought her home this weekend and do not know where to start...She is very solid and straight overall with the only things missing seem to be door gl*** and possibly the rear gl***....It has the Flathead 4 "C" motor in it right now, this thing has not been touched as far as anyone can remember, although it does look like someone did try to gl*** the rear drivers fender, but that's about it....I have so many questions and know you guys will be the ones with answers!

    Great to be here! Thanks,

    Dan aka "Ranger351"

Welcome. Looks like a great start to a fun project. Don't forget to mention your general location as there may be folks nearby willing to offer up a hand when you need one. Good luck and keep us posted on the progress.

    Nice project.
Post your questions on the main board as you begin.
A lot of us have or had these trucks and love to help and watch your build.
Let us know exactly what your plans are for this truck before you begin.
    Good luck.

Thanks guys! I am in western NY smack in between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Right now I am in the staring at it stage....I am heavily leaning towards keeping it as it sits, but getting her moving again, I figure she can always be "restored", I want her to be a running driving survivor, I see soooo many '32's in Cherry yellow, pearl etc. Just does not interest me, she's sat long enough earning the way she looks, an I like it! Nothing Faux here! I want something cool, original and reliable, so mechanically going through first, and seeing what's there...if things are bad, maybe slight mods (brakes?) I have an 88 ranger with a bored out 351W, that may factor in as a donor at some point (if frame or engine are just not worth fixing) but right now, I'm thinking the banger will just be too cool not to! The jeep go kart was an estate sale steal at $75! I do t fit in it, but my 4-11 wife and kids do! It's a riot!!!
