The kid in the overalls looks like the actor that played Dennis the Menace (Jay North??)

 

It is Jay North. Along with Tommy and Margaret. I don't know who the littlest boy is.

No not me, I was eleven in 1956 and blonde and Dad sold Chevrolets for Midway Chevy in St. Paul so probably would not have had a Ford in the driveway LOL!

I grew up about a mile from this one. It is two years older than me.

 

Wonder why the car on this****embly line is the first car off the line but as a 55 Ford it was first off the line in July of 1955? what gives? Maybe someone recognizes the plant... late start I reckon.

 

Wikipedia says it was a new plant that started production in 1955
