I know these folk do not need to advertise, but we will be in the Plains VA area in October . Is it possible to swing by their shop to visit. Also I am having a hard time finding exact location. If thats the way they work ,uninterrupted thats cool. But it sure would be nice to enjoy their awesome work up close.
I won't try to speak for them, but every time that I've had the pleasure to encounter them at an event they've always been very open and friendly and happy to discuss their projects. That said, I guess the only thing you can do is contact them by phone or e-mail and ask them about a potential visit. Good luck........Don.
They sure put on a great spectacle when they turn up to any event in numbers. I have only met them at the roundup and what a great bunch.
The shop is not where you would think it is, I don't really know how else to put it.... There is no big sign by the road or even in inclination that there would be Hot Rod awesomeness brewing close by. I have been there twice with my dad, and Bobby is a real nice guy. I would suggest that you call them and see if they are even going to be there. If there is a show going on somewhere at that time there is a good chance that no one will be home. Look them up and give them a call.
I’ve been there as well, I was lucky cause a friend of his did me a favor and took me by. Great guy, very busy, good luck trying to track him down
Unfortunately,or fortunately we cant do the roundup this year. We met the Hilton gang last year at the roundup. This year from us being down under we will be up in the east coast , Carlisle, TROG, Hershey ,then meander down to see good buddies in TX. Then exit via LA to take in the RPM nationals.
If you’re on the East coast 4/27, Jalopyrama is one you’ll want to go to in Maryland on the eastern shore.
