Took these pics the day after the Woodward cruise right next to the Royal Oak Fire Department...... Last I heard, the statue was taken down south and some assholes sprayed graffiti on it....

The two in the iconic Times Square photo were re-united after 67 years for a an interview..... They both passed on since then....

A good friend of mine’s dad was a racer from upstate n.y. We used to go all of the time.

I took this picture in Key West, FL in March 2018 when my wife and I were on a Caribbean Cruise and had a day of shore leave there.

 

Hope the final resting place for the statue is in Times Square in New York...
