Hot Rods Mallory YL points gap

I've mislaid the point gap settings I had for the old Mallory YL dissy, I'm pretty sure it was 16thou for each set................the spark plugs which I'm using are Bosch W 10 FC's which I set at 30thou..........this is on a 318 Poly.........any comments re these settings..............and I've tried to fit an aftermarket electronic dissy but theres not enough clearance with the firewall, this is on the 1940 Dodge........andyd

 

16 thou is what I use.
