hey whats up guys? I was wondering if I could get some feedback on a question. what would be the best paint or primer to use in this hot phoenix sun? Of-course the plain primer ive been usin fades really quick. Im sanding the car down and want to spray it with something that lasts this time so I dont have to re-do the pin striping again. I want a dull black finish. Thanks alot, see ya

Use flat black paint. You should be able to buy it at a automotive paint store.

"Flat black paint" could mean anything - & be just as porus as primer.
Use epoxy primer & paint it with black Urethane paint mixed with flattening agent to desired dullality (that's a technical term). Anything past (flatter than) semi-gloss, though, & you start reducing the paint's durability.

go to your nearest john deere dealer and get there blits black..it has a small sheen to it and it will last for many many moons...and its cheap like $ 30 agallon here in georgia..not sre about in AZ..or you can go even a little cheaper and got o home depot and get flat black rustoleum..i think they have it in gallon cans ..i know they have it in quart size cans..but its not as good as john deere black
