If in fact, I did have the bones to purchase such an inventory........how in Blue Blazes would you move it???? You would need a fleet of trucks and then have the ability to store it.... ...what a waste to crush it though.....damn
****, now i know what i can do with all those $100 bills laying around on the floor under my computer. does the snow come with it ???.
So if he doesn't get his 89K he's gonna' crush it, just to crush it? Shoot all I have is 75k, darn...... huh?
hmmmm, i would ***umefor that much cash you get the land it sits on as well. have a ton of hambers go in on it, put a big *** hamb sign on the front of the building and then sell parts like a mofo liquidation style to all the hamb folk with the profit going to the hamb? 3000 hambers at x manybux a peice............ lol it was a thought lol
That is just a really extreme example of the guy thats had something sitting in the yard for years and says he's gonna fix it up, as he rolls his 90 year old *** out in a wheelchair with oxygen strapped to his face. What a **** that dude is. He hoarded his maybe not so rusty **** until it got so rusty his kids said to crush it. I side with the HAMB buy out. Theres got to be a few hundred bucks of good stuff left. Hey just thought of something.. I just need like 700 more cars and someone might buy it all..Vintage asian and euro trash, with some cool 80's domestics thrown in the mix... Rust free even
huh the crusher .i no a old guy that does that also if noone bys the cars .someone should offer him the price the the crusher would give him .i belive they will give him about a couple of since per pound .i think thats the going rate of s**** metal
I think its clever.. you'd never move all that stuff in a year, so you'd hafta take the lease option too.. Land not included in the sale, Odds are hes selling that for real estate ?
this cl4d dude has been selling on ebay for A long time.. I havent ever bought from him but... I agree most likely the land is more valuable for development than the **** thats sitting all over it..
I'll bet the EPA/DNR may want to look at that land before you could build on it. We have property around here where auto salvage yards have been and the land is now next to worthless.
Instead of paying to have his contaminated land cleaned up... he's selling it off as a whole... sweet, you can tell he's a wrecking yard guy... making money off of pure ****... Sam!
