I am not a professional by any means but I try my best to do the best job that I can. This is my first attempt at a rusty floor repair & boy was it a lot of work & patience. I also fabricated new floor braces and inner rockers and installed a rocker panel. I can definitely understand why good shops charge top dollar for a good repair. I still have lots of work left but I am learning a lot and gaining confidence in the process. Floor panels I used are from ems.

Awsome ! The only thing I hate worse than rust repair is s****ing the tar off the rusty metal so I can work on it.

The previous owner used a piece of sheet metal set it on top of the floor then used some kind adhesive to glue it down then put a few screws hahaha I wish I could have remembered to take a picture

I bought a '61 Impala just for the 283 years ago. The floor was patched with tar and roofing shingles.
