i know there is plenty of motor interchanges that have been in 1950 ford shoe boxs. i finally found a complete car to take every part from to swap into the shoe box its a ford mustang runs perfect, shift awsome. so now i need to find the best motor mounts to just bolt the motor in. i know jamco has them but from what ive read they take your money and never ship your parts. is there any other company out there that has motor and ****** mount that i can pay for and will get. thanks all info welcome....

Get a rear sump pan and a 90 degree oil filter adapter and you are on your way. I put a 289 in my 49 last year, pretty simple.
I'm looking to put a sbf on my 49 coupe as well so I wouldn't have to cut anything should everything be bolt up
