Awesome pics, even in the rain!! Thanks for sharing those. Those were all great rides. Except for the PU with the caddy fins..... Joel
I think this is the sweetest truck I've ever seen... Thanks for sharing!! And I see the "Cheesegrater" is starting to rust in the rain..
Nowak (the builders name) has his own way of doing things. He's got a black suede Chevy truck thats chopped and customized thats pretty sweet. Says Jim's Gargage on the doors, maybe some of you have seen it.
Thanks for posting the photos,,,,looks like some very nice rides. I see red wheels are still popular.HRP
The rain really sucked but I still had a decent time. It was hard to judge the effect of the increase in post 64 cars due to the rain. We did get in a big argument with the guy selling sunglasses next to us. He kept bitching about all of the cars around his booth. None were within 10 feet of him either. I reminded him that is it a CAR show. What a dick. 3 window Larry and his crew came over and saw us for a bit. I never got over there to check out the dragster though. Oh well, there is always the HAMB drags. Roadsters suck.
Thanks for posting the pictures. I am really bad about going to a show and carrying my camera and never using it. I did get to talk to 3wLarry, such a nice guy, too bad they never got to run on Sat or Sunday. Congrats to Plowboy on the award for the lunar lander. Maybe one year it will go all weekend with out raining.
I can't believe how clean this car looks, what lines. Great photos BTW, you even caught the rain drops in motion.
I talked to the owner of this sweet Ford for quite a while. What a guy; he does all of his own work and it was impressive. I LOVED this car. The chop was purr-fect! I was, however, a butt-head as I did not get his name. Anybody know him?
Since nobody posted any pics of the Ramrods and Hornets I thought I'd post few I took. They looked like they were havin' fun The announcer did a pretty good job of explaining what they were all about but when he explained what H.A.M.B. stood for he said "Hokey blank Message Board" Oh well....
I'm generally not into the big land yachts, but that first pic of the offwhite Lincoln?? was really nice. Cleaning off the door handles and un necessary trim really made it look great, and those wheels. NICE. Mike
