I’ve been following along on instagram but only now just read through the whole build, an absolutely stunning car and build by quality craftsman. Very envious. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
From this to this in 7 months. All original Ford sheet metal. '40 Ford brakes, and a built 59AB, '39 trans, stock rear, dual exhausts, tube shocks. Windshield chopped 2.25", frame narrowed 1/4" to tighten up the gaps, and the A-pillar pie cut, and leaned back 4*. The B-pillar was lead forward 4.25", and the rear bow lowered 2", and the front header extended about 2", tapered, and lowered 3/8" to get it closer the the chrome frame. Lightly tinted green glass. Reversed eye springs, F&R, and a 3" dropped '32 big beam. 5:50, 7:50 Excelciors on stock 17" rims. Bumpers tucked in F&R. New Neal Jennings 18:1 steering box. '36 Ford headlights, stock tail lights, shortened 2" with '37 Chrysler lenses, 12V. '39 Ford Banjo now, but waiting for my restored '37 Zephyr with translucent rim, horn button, and shift knob. Cognac leather interior in stock pattern. Eli's fooling around with a junk dash to add some Diamond T, Art Deco gauges.

When I saw what you got I could't even wait to see so I went right to the last page. Wow! Amazing. I love what you did. It's perfect. I usually don't get jealous but I think I am or at least envious. I new when I saw your avatar it would be great.
I just went back and looked at the build. Great job. I also love what the Rolling Bones guys are putting out. Having one of their builds or something like it is on my bucket list. I'm 54 so hopefully I have time to start saving up.
Even if this was an original car what you did to it would still be awesome. "Anybody can restore an old antique but it takes a real man to cut one up"
You took a neat old car and made it better. Exactly what hot rodders have been doing for years. Thanks for posting what you have done. Great inspiration for others ! ....bttt....
