I have one of those internationals in my hoard. I actually drove it to where its setting over 30 years ago.
That's pretty cool. I usually don't see that boxy of a body on anything that new. I would've expexted the front clip to be from the 30s.
Saw this Ford about 20 years ago as it was getting ready to go to it's new owner in Canada. Sent from my SM-G930VL using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Amazing shape - how did it manage to sit out all those years without getting trashed? When was it taken off the road?
1971 was the last time it was tagged . There were 2 mid 60's International buses on the property that got hauled off to the crusher before I heard the property had changed owners .
Got this about a year ago. EVERYTHING is now done. Fresh motor, 100% new electrical, complete brake system, exhaust and interior. Painted it black and added the Riverside Jail Inmate theme.
Spotted this ex-Greyhound '52 GM PD-4103 on FB Marketplace, less than 10 miles away from me. I've been looking at used office trailers to put one behind my house to use as a model car workshop, but this might be sturdier and a lot more fun (and for $3500, just within reach against my better judgement ):
Wow! That seems like a great deal. FYI, The Six Flags Magic Mountain dancing guy commercials used the same model bus but without the polished aluminum siding.
