....best I can tell there was only one post here with links to photos.

I usually feel like I was at the event after seeing the pics that are posted there. From the looks of it, I'm glad I wasn't this time.

Did anyone see anything there worthy of posting? Or was it really that bad?

I was there all three days but took only three pictures the whole time I was there. I am bad about not taking pictures. It was pretty bad with the weather. I went home saturday night and it seemed like I could never get warm it was so cold and wet all day. It was pretty amazing just how many people were there walikng around in the rain all day on Saturday. Sunday was alittle better weather wise but the people weren't there and allot of car seemed to have left early due to the weather.

Yeah...what sedanman said. The weather was ****ty all day Saturday. I sat in the truck to stay warm. Friday was great but I had planned on taking pictures on saturday and didn't because of the weather.
I think it's rained every year that I've been there. Being cold enough for a jacket...that's a first.

Good day Thursday and Friday but the rest of the weekend was bad. I took a couple of shots of the HAMB Dragsters in the pits but I did not take any of the runs. I have not seen a post on the runs. I hate it when it rains at Indy. The ****oose had to stay in his cage all weekend.

I enjoyed the show despite the weather but then its local for me. However, I did not feel like standing long enough to take any pics, the quicker I moved the less wet I got.:D On the plus, the 40 sedan made it's first rain drive and p***ed with flying colors.

and I was pleasently surprised on how many HAMB folks showed up at noon for the meet and greet under the two canopys near Plowboys rides. Despite all the rain I had a GREAT time seeing everyone, new pals ond old ones. We spent over an hour chatting with folks at the HAMB meet and probley double that chatting with RRT folks near the BBQ trailer and of course lots of time under the huge Gennie Shifter canopy. The rain put a damper on picture taking and racing but not really on the fun and because there were less cars driving around, and less GOLF CARTS, we didn't feel like we were getting run over nearly as much.:D

I was telling Rudy that if it wasn't raining we wouldn't have spent nearly the same amount of time gathered under the canopys bull-****tn and thats what made the weekend so nice. Spending lots of quality time with our buds.

Even harder to stomach is that Monday and today have been picture-postcard beautiful. It's like that old joke:

-What do ya call the day after two straight days of rain?

    -Monday.

Went over there with my daughter and camped in a (wet) tent all weekend. Still had a good time and saw a lot of different cars Friday when the sun was shining. Spent the weekend before up at Thompson at the G***er deal, wet and cold there all weekend too. Next week we are going to try Bowling Green. Hopefully we aren't going for a hat trick of wet cold weekends. Gotta go down there and help a friend with a Hemi!

yea it was miserable saturday. we got to look for a few hours till noon then i sat in the car for 4 hours just to keep warm. i guess i should pack a jacket next time. looks like the venders made a killing on sweatshirts and umbrellas. goodguys was selling sweatshirts for 40 and umbrellas for 25. so cal wanted 46 bucks for their sweatshirts. are you guys going to have a meet and greet at columbus this year? i was at detroit and missed that one and the one this past weekend at indy!

I'll admit it, I stayed home.....
Worked on the 37 instead and took the very first test drive, it was short but oh so sweet.
