1952-59 Ford E-Brake Clamp Help!

    Its not lost....but I cant find it! Anyone know where I can get the E-Brake Clamp thing - cable goes thru...kinda looks like this Mustang one (although the Mustang apparently uses 2)...fits on the floor by the e-brake shaft....? 1956 Ranch Wagon (same as all 56 cars)

    Try Dennis Carpenter? it looks similar or same as the '57 setup. I caution people not to lose those.....simple part, hard to make, although the pic you show shows a slot rather than an embossed recess that the oem 57's have. The slot would work the same to grab the cable housing flange, but much much easier to make than a recess. I'm glad you posted the pic.

    Yes...bummer is there is no slot for the clip to hold the cable like the og one...

    could you grind a slot in one of those or take some flat stock and make one like in the old days

    yes...just being lazy and thought someone with a parts car might have one - but no response. I'll get to cutting. Thanks.
