Freshly chopped 49 Ford Shoe box. 3.5” front 4.5” rear. Done correctly, will take minimal bodywork, in bare metal currently. All garnish molding has been chopped as well. B pillars were leaned forward and there are very few cuts in the roof. Floors have been replaced as well as passenger side rocker. One small spot of rust on fender left to fix which I may get to in the next week or 2. Has original rear seat and folding split front bench seat. Dash is all in tact with clock. Original shifter and linkage as well. All window regulators are there, as well as latches and mechanisms. No interior panels and seats need reupholstered. Has original 6cylinder flathead with manual trans. All there and mostly original. Motor turns over with jump box to starter. Original front and rear suspension. Rear has 4” lowering blocks, and on the front someone cut the coils...too much I think, the bumps too is hitting the frame. You can do a s10 subframe, or dropped spindles, or mustang 2, or use Ford Aerostar Springs. Lots of options for these. This is a nice clean car with very little rust, body is very very straight. You could toss the 6cyl for a flat head v8 and keep the rest the same or toss it in favor of something modern. Will need brakes gone through and fuel system redone as well obviously. Clear CA title non-op. $5500 obo offers James 916-26O-8473 Best to call me. I can get you photos of whatever you’d like to see just ask. I would consider partial trades for early ford hotrod parts or bodies or projects. Any 30s or early 40s coupe. Early triumph bsa or British motorcycles.
