Nice write up on a great guy's hot rod. First time I saw it was at a party at Nick's house. It was in pieces in the 1 car garage. I got to see the "bones" of the car and could see it was going to be a nice little car. I was able to see it evolve over the years to what it is now. Every evolutionary step has been in the right direction...to improve the car. I remember one soggy day I came across Nick and his roadster at one of our local swap meets...mud on the tires and all. He wasn't trying to sell the car, he was using it to transport parts to sell.
Nick, sorry I wasn't able to attend your B'day party Saturday nite but I sincerely appreciate the invite.

 

IMHO, some of the nicest cars come out of Omaha.....
