It wouldn't have anything to do with that wilde coyote cactus coming through the roof. wuld it? I love this shot. Looks sooooooooooo bad ass! I have one of Billy Gibbons caddy that looks like that. KNUX!

  5. what does it cost to have a roof flaked like that? that is awesome.

Can you outline the paint scheme and an outline of what you did? Like...silver base and then what?

I'll point Donnie to this thread for the answer to this... but if you look at the whole thread (if you haven't), you can see generally what he was doing...

oh man, i just love the way this turned out. It just looks amazing. I think it would look good with Bellflowers on the back too....

This has gotta be the best looking '62 i've seen. Cheers to that.

    Beautiful.

The decision to leave a pinstripe of body color on the roof was a smart way to tie the two together.

I'm having trouble picking words to describe how I feel about your Cad.
I wish my keyboard had a LUST key.

Did you bag the front or go with Shockwaves?

I know you'll enjoy the shit out of it!

Okay, so I just figured out the whole "photo hosting site" and posting URLs... so here's some full-size pics that the HAMB doesn't have to use memory to host!

Well, over a year ago I changed out the Supremes on this Caddy for some '53 Skylarks... figured I could post some pics up here, as it is another part of the "evolution"...

Yeah, I don't actually get it out much, except sometimes I'll take it back and forth to work on a Friday if I don't need to pick up my kids... plus I keep having little bugs to work out and not enough time to work on 'em, so it's been down a lot lately...

I've taken it out to the Scottsdale Pavilions occasionally, last time was about a month ago, I think? Maybe more... some of the local guys over on Los Boulevardos are talking about a regular meet at the Pavilions monthly - you ever get on that board? I think we decided the second Saturday there and fourth Friday at the 35th Ave/Northern cruise... lemme know if you want any more info.

And I plan to be at Primers this year with the car too...

Love the Cad, if my 65 was a hardtop I would flake the roof like you did.
