The Scarelane in my opinion is one of the best current build examples of a early to mid 60's Gas cl*** build out there. Most are over done street freaks. Larry
That's what I'm talk'n bout! Pretty sure that's at the Van Isle strip in B.C. Canada, I have some shots of my old race car there when it was owned by the original builder, sorry, OT car.
I have to agree. A bit overdone and not really correct or functional. A lot of money in it though. Sent from my iPhone using H.A.M.B.
And a great example of what tri five g***ers actually looked like in that era as opposed to the jacked up **** that people are building now. Roo
My friend Peter Calvert’s ‘55, built by the Muro Brothers/Hot Rod Ranch. It’s no cupcake either, it hauls the Mail with a 637 Hp pump gas gulping 406 small block, and Doug Nash 5 speed. This is what it started from.
This is the “Blown Hell” ‘55 Chevy (with the wrong ‘56 nose), at a 1980’s swap meet at Sears Point Raceway. In this photo, the cars history was unknown.
