i just layed my father to rest thurs so this is one fathers day i wasnt lookin forword to...but, i have 2 awesome kids that will make it all good!!!i got stir crazy yesterday and took them to see cars...dont go to the movies much.too hard on my back..but id go back to that one again..man it was good..and they were havin a old racers reunion in the mall and a carshow in the lot i didnt even know about...so yesterday was great and thats close enough to fathers day fer me!!! hope when the kids get home from church they have a card with a 27-31 coupe in it!!! breeder

I got homemade blueberry pancakes with our own blueberries, the new Dixie Chicks CD and a fantastic book called "Great Cars of the Great Plains" featuring the Patriot,Spaulding,Moon,Luverne and Great Smith. Now I have to go paint stuff for the thrid daughter's wedding nest month. Stop reading this and go hug your kids!

My kids are both away in college but got a new battery charger, American Graffiti, and The Worlds Fastest Indian DVDS, and the best, calls from the kids. My son will be going to Bonneville with me this year, cant wait. Happy Fathers Day Hambers!

For you guys that have lost your Dad recently, if your like me Fathers day will always be a little bittersweet, My Dad has been gone over 14 years and on Fathers day I miss him the most, but my Sons, daughter-in -law, my Wife, and this year a special little 1 week old fellow that bares my last name ( my first grandchild Isaac ) makes this day very special ! The first call I got today was to tell me that my Oldest Brother died this morning so the calls from the kids has been a little bit tainted with sorrow. Gumpa
I just got back from a friends brothers funeral, thats no way for his dad to remember this day. When we have our problems things like this make them seem insignificant. Whoever still has their dad around at least make a simple phone call to make his day ,cuz when they're gone its forever
