Hey everyone, my name is Austin. I was referred over from 1954ford.com and will be looking through all the threads and asking a whole lot of questions as I’m new to these types of cars. Looking forward to all the upcoming work and will post up projects as I go along.

You should join up with the 1952-59 Ford Social Group we have been around here on the H.A.M.B. over ten years and we have a HUGE help file put together by our members that covers just about everything you might want to do with that '54.
Welcome to the H.A.M.B. from the Pacific Northwest. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Welcome to the Hamb. You have a really good start, hope to see a great finish. Lots of help here to get where you want to go. Keep posting as you move along, we will be watching.
Congratulations! A true sleeper, very underrated by many. A twin to my first car in '60, 6 cyl std, Glacier Blue. The best balanced/handling car I ever drove on the tires available back in the day. Great drift car on snow covered roads long before drifting was recognized as a sport by today's tuner types. Great gas mileage and ran same-same with my cousin's 55 Chevy 2 dr post 6 std in our back road drags among the tobacco barns. Ran the snot out of it until it rusted out from in under me in the Fall of '66 while I was in the Hooligan Navy. Replaced it with another '54 that the PO had built with a 352, 'nuther story. Keep the updates coming, I'll be watching with great interest and memories. Ed
Thank you all for your replies. I will keep you all updated. Currently the brakes need to be redone. I looked at upgrading to discs and a power set up but I do have most of the stuff to replace the stock set up right now which I may do for now and look to upgrade later.
