I changed my garage over to led lighting with what is consider clear covers . I painted son's truck door white and had problems with seeing shadows . Put primer on coupe and having hard time with overlap because of shadowing . I've painted a lot in this garage in the past with the fluorescent lights and never had this problem . Would the milky or frosted led light make a difference ? Can't fix my old eyes so looking for ideas .

Yes. The milky, or frosted covers will make the shadows go away. With the clear lens, each of those LED'S are so bright, that they each cast their own beam of light along with a shadow. I just changed over to LED in my shop and the frosted covers are they way to go IMHO. Go over to Garage Journal and search out in the lighting section. Lots of good info.
