Hot Rods 1960 Starliner wheel choice

My vote for Astro Supremes with skinny whitewall tires.

 

This is pretty sweet....are we bringing up old threads?

 

Thin white walls and '64 Ford poverty caps.

My Dad’s car in the pits at Beeline I think.

 

I love these cars.... Wish I had more pictures of this one....

 

I am a fan of Torq Thrust. Mag wheel should be natural color not crome.

 

Wheel Vintiques Series 62 painted black, 14 x 7 with 4.25 back space, chrome lug nuts and Diamond Back HR-78-14 tires with all the lettering removed or 1" white walls..

ET Vintage Five thick spoke wheels, natural color spokes, 15 x 7 4.25 back space. 225/70r15 or 235/70r15 Cooper Cobra tires from Diamond Back with smoothed side walls..

I think smoothed sidewall tires make a big difference to the look of the full body cars..

I bet the rear gl*** is a ***** kitty to find for these cars.

 

I've always thought Torq Thrusts are especially tasty on larger cars.........
...........and I can't recall anybody ever saying anything bad about Torq Thrusts.

 

So...….which wheels did you go with?
