    thats damn ***y man, the stance is perfect. and what year was the steering box out of, i remember your post saying 85 ranger, so is it an 85 2wd f100?

    No, that's where I screwed up! I was told "early Ranger" so I naturally ***umed early small Ranger. By the time I found out that we were talking F100 ranger, the post was archived and I couldn't edit it. :eek: :eek: I know that a 1970 is the same as what I've got, but don't know the specific year spread.

    Sorry for the prior misinfo, I felt pretty stupid when I figured this out.

    Dayum!! Quit lookin at the HAMB, pay attention to work for a while, and all of a sudden we're on the front page! Thanks Ryan!! And thanks to everybody else for the kind words, sorta makes the last year and a half worthwhile!

    Now I just gotta find a bomb shelter where I can hide from 3WLarry in case I don't paint it black! :p

    I am glad I read this.... I was at the wrecking yard just last weekend trying to find a "Ranger" box.... Lucilly, they did not have any..... I read the article, and was going to use it.... GOOD ****>>>>>:D Have you added this fact to your article???
