    This a ‘58 Chevy kustom built by Bailon back in the day. Spotted it at the Hot Rod Rock &Rumble in Colorado IMG_1311.JPG IMG_1314.JPG IMG_1315.JPG IMG_1316.JPG IMG_1317.JPG IMG_1318.JPG IMG_1319.JPG IMG_1320.JPG IMG_1321.JPG IMG_1322.JPG

I believe that is a clone of an early version. The original notoriously evolved in the owner's quest for car show points.
More than any other, "Scoopy Doo" contributed to the re-thinking of the Custom "Points" system of show car judging.

I'd call that a fair assessment.

Bailon was always too off the wall and radical for my taste. I think he added the gingerbread just to add to the number of changes made. But then who cares what I think?

I agree. I enjoy a nice mild custom, but it’s kinda cool to see a wild n krazy one pop up ever once in awhile

  9. The BF Avery Tractors where panted Tartar Red. Bailon took that color added a shiney coat and called it candy apple red.

if one looks at the wild work that many well known builders have done Bailon is not that different - guess had to do stuff to make a name that no one would forget
