1954 Bel Air dressed up with Windshield Visor, Continental Kit and extra chrome. It has an Automatic Powerglide Transmission with dual exhaust and Smitty mufflers. The AM radio does work. The clock does not work. Brakes and steering were recently worked on, and the transmission was sealed. It is still a 6 volt car. Runs great, drives great, sounds great, and for a 65 year old original car looks great. As you can see by the pictures this is an extra clean car; inside--the dash is in great shape and the original upholstery is in very good shape with no rips or tears, and outside--the engine compartment is clean enough to eat off of. The chrome and stainless are all in great shape. The trunk is in very nice. There is NO rust on the car and no patch panels. Car has clean title and was originally sold at Murphy-Mahoney Motor Co. in Denver, Co. The company tag is still on the car. This is not a trailer queen. It has a few chips and scratches here and there, but nothing major. It has a scuff mark on the right front bumper (see pic.) which nobody ever notices. Right now the original mileage is 54,901(undocumented). When you see the car you will see by its’ condition the mileage is correct. It does have an oil leak as most of these old power glide transmissions do. The car has only been used as a weekend cruiser and occasionally entered into car shows. It has always been garaged (heated) and never goes out in winter. My only reason for selling is it is not driven enough. This is a super nice, extra clean weekend cruiser and car show entrant that draws lots of attention. Folks always rave about how nice this car is for its age and always get a thumbs up while driving.
