Need help with identifying this flathead, it is my first as I'm used to small block Chevys this is new to me, I believe it is a 24 stud, and has a stomberg and divers helm style distributor. It also looks like it was gone through at one point and has a Dyno flash sticker on the head?. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Start by counting the head studs. Then look at bellhousing...if it says "59" in fairly big lettere, you are done.
