Last year we met up on the North porch of the Administration building at something like 1PM on Saturday. Might as well do it again there again.
I'll be there in my 196x (slightly too new for the HAMB but just barely) Cadillac. Are you guys staying through Sunday? I can't make it until Saturday night and have some suggestions on where to go. If I remember right Porky's has Cruise Night on Sat which should be just jam packed. Downtown/Court Ave was busy when I went a couple of years ago too. Theres also several good places to go on Ingersoll Ave.
Mootz, Knuckle, and JayD will be there. Not sure if we're just goin up on Saturday, Friday and Saturday, Saturday and Sunday, I guess it's time to start thinkin 'bout these things. I'll have my '32 pickup, knuckle will be in a gold 64 chevy peekup, and JayD will have a 53 ford vicky in flat black and pinstripes. Maybe we'll catch up with ya'll. Mootz

I'll be there in my green 67 Imperial convertible with supremes (the wife's 57 Caddy needs about 3 weeks before it's on the road). I always try to park just south of the admin building in the shade. Keep an eye out for my best friend's 59 Belair 2dr sedan, it's flat black with flames (all rattle can about 5 years old) and a lipstick red interior (not quite complete). He has had the car since he was 16 (more than 20 years). He has done all of the interior work (65 t-bird seats) himself. We are camping for our 3rd year. The state fair campgrounds are great if you are considering camping to save some $$$. We try to park northeast of the of the large north shower building. We'll be there from Thursday to Monday. I'll be there with a '27 Chrysler 4 door that is now a 2 door tub. Will be in Homebuilt Heaven on Sat. My son will have a chopped, flamed '49 Plymouth 4 door that was done in the 60's. Sat. 1:00 is fine. The 4 juvenile deliquents you might see playing hacky sack in a field are my grandsons. You Iowa guys work on keeping the rain away and the heat under 100!
Looks like it'll be a pretty decent day on Saturday. I won't have my car with me, but I'll be walking around enjoying everyone else's.
I'll have the *****ie/Short Bus there (48 Chev Panel) hocking t-shirts. Any HAMB'ers who'd like to stop by the KKD booth are more than welcome to shoot the ****. Life totally got in the way of me keeping track of this.. I just found out when the days were today.. I'm going to rearrange my weekend and try to get down there. It's the one thing I usually try to do in a summer to get out of town and see something that makes me happy.
