Need help id this SAC ? part

This was told me to fit the 40-48 master cylinder

anyone got any info bout what it was ment for ??

 

Ford 40-48 master cylinder, that is

 

Its main purpose is to mount 40-48 master maybe,but
its suitable for pressing "sokke-laila" all the way down on the main shaft....

Are there any threaded holes or anything on the back?? If not, hard to say what it is...if only through bolts, all it would do is space the MC back a bit. May just be a pece of some machine or tool that just happens to have the same hole spread as a Ford MC...
