Looks like a 70s/80s GM under dash light.

 

While on the topic of off topic fixtures my buddy had a late 80s (?) chevy suburban that had a trouble light under the hood that you could pull out and retract like a vacuum cable cord. Always wanted to put one in a hotrod engine bay

 

I've picked them up under the dashes at the wrecking yard you pulls.

 

Had an original one in the trunk of my 64 Bonneville. Unrolled the cord and it would reach all the way under the hood. Almost took it out before i sold the cars many years ago.....

 

go hunting in the yard , theres some better looking ones than that.

 

The 60s and older will be metal.
