With the molded drip rail and glued windsheild I would guess made in 1990 by Gibbon.

The only gl*** on the car is the grille shell and decklid. Molded drip rails are welded up stockers. I had a magnet all over this thing and the only plastic filler of any thickness is in the lower cowl and lower quarters. The glued-in windshield is 80's style, but the body is Henry's own. Its the real thing. Been done 15 years and is holding up well. Not the most trad but the 348 is nice and the thing runs and drives well. Lee Osborne had a hand in it when it was in NYS. Still researching his connection. Transported it for Nitrofc...thats my connection to it. ******ed it from the talons of Gary Robertson...for those of you who are familiar with his collection...he can't have them all!

What the Hell does Dido have to do with this? She's a singer..? Do you mean "ditto"?

Actually, I was making fun of myself for a mistake I made over a year ago when I mis-identified a car's engine. Of course it got al personal and now we have this. I would have thought you would have gotten over it by now Mike, but I guess not. I even went out of my way to get shots of your car and other cars that were in your club, mainly because I thought you guys had a good thing going. Good bunch of guys. Oh well..Its all on you man.

Actually, there's nothing cool about four bars. At least not on a traditional hot rod.

There are several 4 bar cars in 50's Hot Rod magazines. There were 4 bars 20-25 years before Pete Chapouris & Jake Jacobs. While that doesn't make them 100% mainstream/traditional , they sure aren't a product of 1976 either.

Actually, Norm's almost look like hairpins. I don't really care if anyone wants to use a four-bar setup, but it just looks more like street rod than hot rod to me. And I didn't mean to slam the guy's car. In fact, I'm looking for a 5-window and this is one of the cars I considered. I decided to p*** mainly because I really want one that's not chopped or filled. From what I can tell, it looks like a quality build.

That's a nice car. I'm not wild about purple but the thing just works. I like it. How about more shots and a few details for the rest of us?
