50-51 ford/merc interior door handle questions???

Are the interior door latch mechanisms on 50-51 fords and mercs interchangeable? I've got a chewed up spline on the drivers side and need to replace it (read: vise-grips as door handle). Anybody know where to get a set of re-pop or NOS mechanisms?
