    Photoshop rendering of a 544 I found.
I like it so much I am going to build a similar one from a 1958 444. 544 fenderless hi res.jpg

Sitting in bare metal on a custom 2x3x11ga tube frame, IFS, 4 bar parallel in rear dropped about 4 inches (channel body 2" over new frame/ floor, 2" drop in suspension).

The rear section looks bitchen but the front without the fenders looks like a dolphin with the nose sticking out waaaaay past the hood. IMO, that is one place to make changes / improvements.

The Coco/Arena car entered in the 1964 Targa Florio by Shelby American for Ford Italia. The car dropped out on lap 7 of 10 with a broken oil line. The Gurney/Grant car was the best finishing Cobra in 8th outright and first in the over 3 litre class.

The one and only Cheetah in Europe I believe, and it lives not too far from me here in Austria. This was uploaded on a FB group for a local equivalent of Cars & Coffee, hope to find out more about it next season.

Interesting photo. The #98 was Ken Miles' car in the USRRC but it always ran with longitudinal stripes (in wide body configuration).
