This is an unbelievably nice late 1931 frame / rolling chassis. There is ZERO pitting. No rust at any lap joints, no nothing aside from surface patina. The frame has clean clear crisp numbers and stars visible — I will not post pics of the numbers. Will come with a Kansas bill of sale. Price is for everything as shown. I can strip it down to a bare frame if desired.
