It’s in my 64 C-10. 12 bolt that I had built, Eaton posi, 342’s and yukon axles. I believe that the pinion bearing is going out and I tried to look up the numbers but I can’t find any info. There’s WA 12 31 on the driver side rear axle and N 3838227 on the p***enger side front of the pumpkin and GM5 on the driver side front of the pumpkin. These are the only numbers that I have found. Any help will be appreciated.

If the axle has been built and beefed up. It might not have stock bearings. Might have to remove the old bearing to get the correct part numbers off it.
Is it the original truck style 12 bolt? There isn't a whole lot of decoding needed for pinion bearings. Just tell the parts guy what your working on and they should be able to fix you right up. The first set of numbers you listed is the date code, tells ratio, where, and when it was built. The other numbers are casting numbers, and aren't really necessary for parts replacement. A pic or two of what your working on would help us identify it.
WA 12 31 WA = Code used for light truck axles '63 and '64. Made in Warren - positraction 3.73 ratio 12 31 = Production date - December 31 .
