Sorry, O/T, but my daughter Senorita Zenor Junior (14) is in San Diego right now at rock & roll camp, and her band performed on one of the local TV morning shows today (I think the Fox affiliate). They are possibly going to run the segment again at noon, and I would be much obliged if one of you could capture the segment on tape. If you see it, she's the one called "Miss Appletart". Thanks!
We have Fox, channel 6 here. Do you know for sure that it's going to be on Fox? They don't have a noon time news. We have ABC news at 11 (right now), and CBS news at noon.
Dang, I'm not sure... I tried calling her back to get details but no answer. It's one of the chit-chat type light news programs on a network affiliate. They had a "goings-on around San Diego" thing, and broadcast a live segment about the camp (Power Chord Academy), and that's where my daughter and her band performed. Hopefully they'll make a note of it if there is a lunchtime replay. Thanks! Mike
Mike, I watched the local CBS affiliate's noon news and didn't see. From what you're talking about, it would have been on one of the local morning shows - they typically don't reshow that stuff. But, you can call the station (once you hear back from your daughter which station it was) and see if you can get a copy of the segment.
HRT - Many thanks for keeping an eye out. I talked to my daughter and she said that it was the local Fox morning show. I'll call the station and see if they can make a copy of the segment, will post it on YouTube if I can convert to digital.
