    This was in our local free paper.... 1947 crash right up the street from where I live... No surprise that the grill is already gone! :cool:

    That's a pretty neat old tanker body, I'd love to find something like that.

    It said the cause of the accident was steering failure.

  15. Metal Mover, I'm guessing you are not running dually wheels on the front of your Ford. I would like to run Moon discs all around on my Autocar, but I have a dually front axle and think it would steer weird with non-dually offset wheels. Any thoughts?

    An interesting question because I just had to order a new moon disc, seems I lost one on our trip. I have an aftermarket 16" aluminum wheel with moon snap on discs. But on their website they are advertising a disc for dually and ones for the front too. I don't know if that answers your question but you might check it out, mooneyesusa.com

    Seen on 81 North in PA, SXS on the flatbed and a Dodge ram pickup on a trailer... Very nice!!!

    Only a guess but they could be from an FB Holden mounted upside down.
