Yes it is Winnai in the Woestman 59 and the 2nd is Vic Nauman at Thompson 1941.
While not as famous as Pisa, the leaning tower of Cleveland was a site to see
Perry Mason driving, Paul Drake passenger, Lt. Tragg standing. TV show outtake.
Rootie, who is in the 97 car? Odd appearance for the time. Was it successful?
Jon Ward ran it with the CRA in the 60s, but I don't think it was real successful
