Got me thinking about this...anybody seen this power window set-up? What is the round emblem? Gotta be custom - no factory power gate in 56, right?

Looks like round emblem matches wheel covers. Crown Vic piece on roof stock? Taillights/reverse lights not stock pieces either?

I'm mostly curious about all the chrome (SS?) trim on the roof, other than the CV stuff. I imagine the chrome trim in front of the crossover piece could be CV as well, but what about the back? Did the Parklane 56 wagons have all that trim, or are they all custom made pieces??

I’m gonna guess that there is a lot more custom work and modifications to trim pieces than is obvious. Whoever built it sure made it look it could have been factory built.

I wonder why they left the bumper guards on the front but eliminated them in back. I like the clean look without them.

Tough to find the short wagon guards. As a note the engine is a dual quad Y-Block with small base Carter WCFB's. Interior looks to be the style of a 1959 Galaxie 500. It has a 56 padded dash and engine turning like a 57 bird but all the way across.
