OOOOhhhh, milk truck wheels, that the name I know those as! Yeah, those thing are really espensive, I saw some on ebay go for $2000, for two of them! I've been wanting to make some of those
I'd like to see someone compete with Sonny Mac. He has early Ford style in 18" and 20". I thought he was out of business but a mag this month had his ball milled '34 dash inserts. A search with his name and China should turn up a supplier.
wheelkid.....see this thread : http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=78380 There seems to be an interest in these.
Booyah. Ditto on Astros in 16" and 17". Same goes for a Radir style wheel! I'd buy a set right freakin' now!!!
A good selection of nice and true chrome reverse wheels. Good chrome a must. Well built. No wobbles. Different offsets. Able to clear disc brakes no matter what size. Maybe even some 16 and 17 inchers for newer tire sizes.
Me too. I would like to see a wheel company that actually delivers on thier promises. What I am looking for: 1, 15" x 3"-4" steel wheel that will accommodate a 10" baby moon hubcap. Pattern would need to be 5" x 4½" and 5½". 2, I am also looking for a chrome reverse wheel that is narrow in a 15" with 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern. Most wheel companies can make these up but charge an arm and a leg and a kidney for custom made wheels. Either that or take 8 months to build and end up screwing up and ignoring you after the wheels finally land at your front door.
These guys are supposed to have those on the way. See Racemaster no-window smoothies on this page ... http://www.roadsters.com/real/
how about some cool center caps like ones with skulls, tikis, iron crosses etc. also some madmax style ones with tire poppers or something that looks like it sticking out
