That's the Oklahoma state capitol building, before they added a dome a few years ago.

I don't recognize the man. I assume he's a politician. Anybody know what the Cadillac is?

 

That had to be miserable, poorly lit, not much in the way of protection and shooting enamel, I bet their lifespan was pretty short

 

The Cadillac is the Harley Earl designed "LeMans" ll show car, the man is Robert Moore, manager of the local Cadillac agency.

Mick is correct; the Caddy is the '53 LeMans semi-production fiberglass 2-seater. I believe 5 were built.
