I have a couple of them, different lettering on each one.
The gold lettered one is from the "National Soap Box Derby, Akron Ohio".
Smoking was much more acceptable then.

I thought that was so cool I bought the 11 dollar one on ebay.
there is another for $175.00 I don't think they will get any bids

 

An early DB cowl and shell or similar would work for an IRL realization of this one.
