ok so both PPG and dupont do not show a current paint code for mixing folkstone gray. I gave them both all the numbers off the net and the orig**** ford code but they can't find a current code to mix from and the last code they show in the library is from the 80's acrylic enamel and does not transfer to todays urethane single stage. Does any one in hamb land have a code they used on thier folkstone gray ride they would be willing to share so i can do some spray outs. I talked with the shop that painted Krylon 32's sedan delivery in folkstone gray and they said they used spies and would have to do some digging to find the code they used if they still have it. I know thier are several versions of this color but i just need a couple of different current codes to get me a place to start. THANKS

I've used paintref and they listed Ford code M1776; PPG had 3 codes, 30183, IM2056, QDE1214 for Folkstone Gray. I got the PPG code for my Mandarin Maroon off there.

Got my color off ford original PPG paint code. Turned out to be Lacquer. PPG mixed small amount in lacquer. We did a spray out then did a color match in urethane. Good luck. Fords colors do vary.
